CHARMES is different because we offer you an exquisite range of fine gemstone jewellery designs and a unique and hassle free online shopping experience that you're sure to enjoy.
Do you have a store? Can I visit you?
No, currently we do not have a store, but we do have a manufacturing facility in Jaipur which you can visit if necessary.
Do you have a catalog?
No, we do not have a printed catalog for our product. Every product available is shown online.
Do you offer additional discounts?

No, we do not offer any additional discounts on all items, unless there is an offer mentioned in the product description as "SALE". Our all inclusive MRP is lower than most retail stores becuase our products are offered directly from the manufacturer and with no overheads expences like rent, inventory costs, etc. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers and give the most competitive price than any other seller.

How do you process the order?
All orders are made and processed after you have placed an order on the item and each item is handcrafted and takes 1-2 weeks to be made and handed on to you as a final product.

Making a Purchase

How to order?
Browse through our products, Find the one that you like and click "Add to cart", After this process just follow the on screen instruction to finish the order.
Can I order by Phone?
Yes, Of course! Just look for the SKU number in each product page and tell it to our customer representative, so they will assist with the order process.
Do I get an Order Confirmation?
Yes, an email will be sent to your registered email address when the order was processed and all other details regardign the order will also be emailed to you.
Can I canel my order?
You can cancel the order only if done within 2 days, If done after you will be charged 50% for cancellation.
How to track my order after shipment?
We will provide you detail of the shipment courier company and also provide you with tracking code that you can use to track your shipment.

Delivery

How much do you charge to ship to my home?
We do not charge you any fee to ship to you, Its absolutely FREE !
Who and How is the shipping done?
We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers like Bluedart or similar. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

For International Orders they are shipped with FedEx or similar.
How safe is my product?
All our items are shipped INSURED so you can be worry free if something is wrong with the item.
Do you ship to my address?
Please email us or go to our contact page and contact us as required.

Payments

How do you process my Credit Card Detail?
All credit card payments are done through Secure Stripe server, The worlds leading Payment gateway in order to stop any fraudulent to your privacy.
Do you have Cash on Delivery?
Yes we do have Cash on Delivery option, but Charges apply for Cash on Delivery as the charges are done by the shipping courier company.
How long will it take to process refund?
A refund payment will be done in 7 days as soon as the product has been send back to us and inspected by our quality check to find any flaw and mistake in the item and refunded immediately.

Return Policy

What is your Money Back Policy
Our 30-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with a full refund, within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Will I have to pay to ship the item back to you?
Unfortunately Yes, you need to pay for return shipment with Insurance to us. As we are already providing you the product with best price available online and offline.
How do I proceed with Returning?
You can call us or email us and provide with the Order no. , picture of the product and a valid reason why to return.
